Music producer Michael Collins Ajereh, better known as Don Jazzy or Don Baba J has officially joined the Stingy Men Association of Nigeria (SMAN).
Don Jazzy made this known on Monday via his official Twitter handle where he said "registration complete", displaying a picture of his identification card. On the card, Don Jazzy is tagged head of the union Lagos branch.
The association is a group formed on Facebook and has more than two seven thousand (27,000), registered members.
The group's philosophy is based on frugality. Registered members feel they need to scrutinise and manage wasteful spendings of money by their girlfriends or women, especially by asking them what the money is needed for or possibly suggesting an alternative.
